任职要求

长聘教授应达到国内外高水平大学长聘教授相当水平，在其研究领域获得国际同行认可的学术成就，具有相当的国际知名度和影响力，在教学科研和人才培养等方面取得优秀成绩。

长聘副教授应达到国内外高水平大学长聘副教授相当水平，在学术方面取得原创性和重要成果，具有一定的国际知名度和影响力，在教学科研和人才培养等方面取得良好成绩。

工作和生活待遇

Requirements

• Tenured Professor Scholars with recognized academic achievements in his/her field of study, achieve outstanding achievements in teaching, research and talent cultivation, reaching the equivalent level of tenured professor at a prominent university.

• Tenured Associate Professor Scholars with special achievements and certain academic influence, achieve outstanding achievements in teaching, research and talent cultivation, reaching the equivalent level of tenured associate professor at a prominent university.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Remuneration: Successful applicants will be provided with competitive remuneration and welfare benefits.

• Housing: Assistance will be given in solving the housing problem, with temporary apartments provided. Welfare apartments can be purchased if the successful applicants meet the requirements of ZJU.

• Start-up Fund: Provide corresponding scientific research start-up funds according to the discipline.
