On January 11th 2017, the 2016 academic annual meeting of basic medicine department in Zhejiang University was held in Yuanzheng Qizhen Hotel. Over 1000 teachers and students from Fudan University, Third Military Medical University, Institute of Translational Medicine Zhejiang University, Life Sciences Institute of Zhejiang University, First Affiliated Hospital and Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University have participated in this convention.    

    In the Center of Neuroscience submeeting, Professor Tan Xiaowei, the director of Third Military Medicine University Brain Science Research Center firstly introduced their newest research of laboratory about the regulation of motor cortex M1 region on micturition behavior. Research fellow Yu Yongchun from Fudan University Brain Science Research Center introduced the laboratory work published in Neuron about ESC transplantation promoting fear memory extinction. Wang Hongwei, the director of Anesthesia Department of Shao Yifu Hospital made a summary on the clinical progress of chronic pain. Finally, Han Shu, Ma Huan, Zhang Zhiping introduced their works.
