The device can be used for rodent mother to pup vocalizations, pup vocalizations, distress vocalizations, mating vocalizations etc. The software includes both spectrogram (KHz X Time X dB) and sonogram (KHz X Time) graphing utilities.Text data file includes the time of vocalization onset, duration of vocalization, and number of vocalizations occurring within each user-defined band.
